February has been a busy month for TwentyFour. One week our designs were stylishly strutting the catwalk, the next we were shooting them in Milan and then dressing our stand at Pure London, a huge fashion trade show. And in the mean time we have launched some fresh designs on to our website.

Let’s start with the fashion show that we took part in, the setting was Chelsea football club and the audience was a collective of fashionistas, bloggers and media. The TwentyFour collection that was chosen to showcase was made up from a delectable colour pallet made up of rich blues, pastel shades, and classic noir shades. The TwentyFour design team sat watching their carefully curated transitional designs elegantly glide down the catwalk at the Silk Road Fashion event. The collection looked every bit as chic as the day it was created. Although we have seen the collection many times on our models at photoshoots, there was something inspiring about seeing the designs in the context of a catwalk. For me it was definitely something about being backstage and getting the models ready to walk, while the catwalk music was pumping so was my adrenaline. And although my TwentyFour colleagues probably had the same feeling of adrenaline, from an audience perspective, it was the sense of achievement and pride. The models were the physical embodiment of the metaphorical ‘TwentyFour’ woman, beautiful, bold and strong. This was definitely felt like a pinnacle moment in the journey of TwentyFour so far. Also scheduled for February was a brief trip to Milan to capture some street style shots, we felt the Italian atmosphere would create the right vibe for a photoshoot. On our arrival, we were instantly charmed by this vibrant and culturally charged city. The grand architecture was the perfect backdrop for some street style photographs, while the hotel we were staying in had elaborate interior which made for another beautiful aesthetic for us to experiment with. Although the stay in Milan was only brief (24 hours to be exact) we managed to utilise our time and create some awesome imagery. For us the scene that Milan set seemed to fit so naturally with the pieces. Specifically, on this shoot we were using simple pieces that juxtaposed the bustling streets of Milan. We particularly focused some of our most recent designs, we have featured some of the images below.

Lastly, let me talk to you about some of the new designs that we launched in the final week of February. Now as I am writing the team and I are sitting in the office looking on to an out on to a London that looks very bleak and snowy. Summer seems a lifetime away, however, it is just around the corner so I want to broach the subject of summer dresses (Sorry if the thought of floaty dresses is making you feel even colder.) Pastel colours are so on trend at the moment, and we have created the perfect dress in pastel hue dress to add to your summer wardrobe. Holidays, barbecues, cocktail parties, TwentyFour have got you covered with the Mia dress. It can be dressed up with heels and some contrast chunky jewellery, or kept more casual with some pumps or flat sandals. The dress has a square neckline, this elongates the neck while the A line shape allows it to flow figure. This dress comes in mint and black. (See photographs below.)

We also saw the launch of the Rita Jumpsuit, this statement jumpsuit is beautifully crafted in a lace that was created for TwentyFour, and so the design is unique to our label. This particular design has been so well received so far, it is a piece that will undoubtedly turn heads. The style of the jumpsuit is designed to flatter the high waist line is tailored to accentuate the waist and the purple grape shade satin enhances the black lace. (See photograph below.)
